Don't tell people we offer something that we don't. For instance, we don't give away free Pics, so don't advertise that on your site.

Don't email anyone, ever, asking them to join MatchesPlus unless it's an opt-in list (where the recipient has specifically asked to be notified about adult-type material).

Do not copy images from any MatchesPlus site. This is image pirating, and being an advertising affiliate does not in any way indemnify you from prosecution under all applicable copyright laws, including international treaties.  Furthermore most of the images are of individuals who have not given you their permission to use their pictures.

Absolutely no images, videos, descriptions of or references to child pornography or any other illegal content of any kind will be tolerated.

If you are caught attempting to cheat us (yes, we know the tricks and we run regular checks for such activity) you will not be paid.

We reserve the right to terminate your Revshare status. If you are terminated, you will be paid up to the point of termination unless you have broken a law or unless the amount owed you is deemed to be the result of fraud.
